The Amp Up to Level Up” Your LeadHERship Success Blueprint is a FOUR step journey.

UNPACK YOUR STORY

Before we can look forward, we first have to look BACKWARD and INWARD. In this step we'll examine your job history to uncover which aspects of your past did you LOVE & which do you NOT want to repeat. Next we'll get you into the right MINDSET for a career change both from an energy perspective, confidence perspective, overcoming limiting beliefs, and feeling the fear but doing it anyways.

CLARIFY YOUR VISION

NOW it's time to look ahead. In this step we'll first identify the LIFE you want to create (your career is just a bridge to GET you there.). Next we'll look at what version of you do you need to step into in order to achieve your dream career. Lastly, we'll build your personal mission statement and define your WHY so that we can connect that to a career you love.

GATHER YOUR CLUES

Now it's time to explore what really makes you tick, so that you can find the next right path for you. In this step we are going to dip into my library vault of assessments so we can start 1) identifying your career non-negotiables and 2) gathering potential new career ideas that test out to be a great fit for you based on your strengths, interests, motivators, skills, and personality.

NARROW IT DOWN

In this step you are going to take your list of potential dream careers from step 3 and start LEARNING more about each of them so you can identify which of these careers is right for YOU. You'll speak to REAL people in those roles to get an actual sense of what each role would be like. Lastly, we'll use a Dream Career Score Card to identify the final industry and role you will be moving towards based on your career non-negotiables.

MAKE THE TRANSITION

Now it's time to DO the dang thing! With your dream career clearly identified, you'll learn how to highlight your professional assets, repurpose skills and bridge any talent gaps to create an engagingly relevant professional profile that will be the basis of your new resume, networking efforts, LinkedIn profile, and overall social-media presence. This new profile will kick-start your new career. We'll get you into interview mode and you'll learn how to negotiate what you're worth.
